Primary School (PreK & K)
The QUEST PreK and K curriculums are experiential in nature and provide for comprehensive, research-based and developmentally-appropriate approaches to learning. Language and early literacy, mathematics, social and emotional development, as well as fine and gross motor skills are learned in a caring and nurturing environment under the direction of licensed teachers.
The Kindergarten experience builds on this conceptual framework with a more formalized curriculum as a transition to Elementary School consisting of language arts, mathematics, science and social studies. All three grade levels have special area subjects including music, science, physical education and Spanish.
21st century skills and technology, including iPads, are integrated into the curriculum to support learning in all classrooms. Additionally, Kindergarten students have weekly computer classes.
Fun events occurring throughout the year include holiday and seasonal concerts, sing-alongs, the Primary School Art Fair, field trips and a memorable Kindergarten formal graduation ceremony.
In order to enter the program, Children must be potty trained and at least three years old by the first of September.
